The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 69 69 of 24 May 1999 on the exemption from the payment of customs duties, the customs surcharge and the value added tax of goods originating from import, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 232 232 of 25 May 1999. This law was passed by the Senate at the meeting of February 15, 2000, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
