Law No. 60 of 24 April 2000 concerning the private right of higher education graduates to support completion of examination of studies at higher education institutions accredited by the ISSUING State PARLIAMENT Published in MONITORUL OFICIAL nr. 180 of 26 April 2000, the Romanian Parliament adopts this law.
Article 1 the provisions of law No. 71/1995 and law No. 64/1997 applies to private higher education graduates who were enrolled in the first year of studies in the 1990-1996 from unauthorized to work provisionally specializations at the time of registration for the selection.
Article 2 shall be exempt from the provisions of art. 1 and may be present at the examination or graduation, without selection, exam argues graduates who began their studies at majors authorized to work, but to which they were subsequently withdrew this authorization or who went into liquidation, as well as those who began their studies at majors, but are authorized to operate provisionally from the date of the examination for licence or for graduation.
Article 3 referred to in article for graduates. 1 and 2 selection exam, examination or graduation is organized in institutions of higher education that have accredited their respective specializations or specializations are related in the same profile.
Article 4 Exams. 1 and 3 can sustain at higher education institutions accredited by the Ministry of national education, in any of the sessions scheduled, with attorneys ' examination determined by the University Senate.
Article 5 the provisions of law No. 71/1995 on the right private high school education graduates, post-secondary and higher education to support the completion of studies at units and similar institutions in public education, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 139 of 6 July 1995, and from the law. 64/1997 on the right private high school education graduates, post-secondary and higher education to support the completion of studies at institutions of higher education establishments and State, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 73 of 23 April 1997, contrary to this law are hereby repealed.
This law was adopted by the Senate at its meeting on 13 March 2000, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 para. (2) of the Constitution of Romania.
