The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 60 60 of 24 August 1999 for the ratification of the Loan Agreement between Romania, the European Investment Bank and the Commercial Transport Company with the Bucharest Metro "Metrorex"-S.A. (former Autonomous Regie of Exploitation of the Bucharest-Metrorex Metro) regarding the financing of the Bucharest Metro modernization project, signed in Luxembourg and Bucharest at 8 and 9 June 1999, issued pursuant to art. 1 lit. C section 24 24 of Law no. 140/1999 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 409 409 of 26 August 1999. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of 8 November 1999, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
