The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 42 42 of 12 August 1999 for the ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Romania and the Government of the French Republic on Defence Cooperation, signed in Bucharest on 24 October 1998, issued pursuant to art. 1 lit. A section 2 2 of Law no. 140/1999 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 389 389 of 17 August 1999. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of October 11, 1999, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
