The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 47 47 of 19 August 1999 for the ratification of the non-reimbursable financial assistance agreement between Romania and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development from the funds of the Global Environmental Facility (FGM) for the financing of the Project " Conservation Management biodiversity ", in the amount of $5.5 million U.S. equivalent, signed in Washington on June 17, 1999, issued pursuant to art. 1 lit. C section 22 22 of Law no. 140/1999 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 407 of 26 August 1999, with the following amendment: -Article 3 will read as follows: "" Art. 3. -The contribution of the Romanian side to the financing of the Lt Project; lt; Management of biodiversity conservation gt; gt;, specified in 1, is ensured within the limit of the equivalent in lei of the amount of $3.3 million U.S., of which $2.4 million U.S. by including in the annual budget of the Ministry of Water, Forestry and Environmental Protection during the Project and 0.9 million U.S. dollars of National Forest Regia funds, also during the Project. " This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of 8 November 1999, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
