The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 105 105 of 27 August 1998 on the granting of bank loans to students in state education, issued pursuant to art. 1 1 section 10 lit. a) of Law no. 148/1998 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 321 of 28 August 1998, with the following amendments: 1. The title of the ordinance will have the following wording "" Ordinance on the granting of bank credits for students from state and private higher education institutions, accredited " 2. Article 1 shall read as follows: "" Art. 1. -Students from accredited state and private higher education institutions, who attend the day courses, can benefit, on request, from bank loans for the purchase of books and publications, teaching materials, personal computers, laboratory instruments and materials, clothing and footwear, as well as for expenses related to the conduct of studies. " This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of 8 November 1999, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
