The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 42 42 of 26 November 1998 for amendment art. 28 of Government Ordinance no. 8/1997 on the stimulation of scientific research, technological development and innovation, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 460 of 30 November 1998, with the following amendment: -The single article will read as follows: "" The unique article. -Article 28 (1) and (2) of Article 28 Government Ordinance no. 8/1997 on the stimulation of scientific research, technological development and innovation, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 14 14 of 31 January 1997, approved and amended by Law no. 95/1998 , is amended and shall read as follows: Article 28. -(1) For the years 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002 the provisions of art. 8 8 para. ((1), art. 9 9, art. 12 lit. a)-c) and art. 14 of Government Ordinance no. 25/1995 25/1995, as approved and amended by Law no. 51/1996 relating to the financing, contracting and valorisation of the research and development activity, contained in the national programme of scientific research and technological development lt; lt; HORIZON 2000 gt; gt;, approved by Government Decision no. 1.095/1995 ,, as well as provisions Government Decision no. 1.096/1995 continue to maintain their validity. (2) For the years 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002 the funds provided for in art. 13 13 will be constituted and will work experimentally. " ... This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of 8 November 1999, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
