The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 92 92 of 15 June 1999 for amendment of Annex no. 3/25 "Extra-budgetary income and expenditure financed from them for the year 1999" State budget law for 1999 no. 36/1999 , published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 277 of 17 June 1999, with the following amendments and additions: 1. The unique article becomes Article I with the following contents: "" Art. I.-"The position of the extra-budgetary income and the expenditure financed therefrom for 1999" in Annex no. 3/25 3/25 to State budget law for 1999 no. 36/1999 , published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 97 97 bis of 8 March 1999, shall be amended in accordance with the Annex which forms an integral part of this Emergency Ordinance. ' 2. Article I shall be inserted after Article II with the following contents: "" Art. II. -The Ministry of Finance is empowered to operate the corresponding corrections in the budget of the Ministry of National Defence and in the state budget. " This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate in the joint meeting of 27 October 1999, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
