The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 28 28 of 14 October 1998 for the application Government Emergency Ordinance no. 14/1998 on the rectification of the state budget for 1998, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 393 of 16 October 1998, with the following amendments: 1. The title of the emergency ordinance shall read as follows: " Emergency Ordinance for amending and supplementing Law no. 154/1998 on the system for the establishment of basic salaries in the budgetary sector and allowances for persons occupying public dignity functions " 2. The emergency ordinance preamble will have the following contents: "" Pursuant to art. 114 114 para. (4) of the Romanian Constitution, the Romanian Government issues the following emergency ordinance: " 3. Annex no. 1 the sectoral reference value is 685,872 lei. 4. Annex no. 2 the sectoral reference value is 660,931 lei. This law was adopted by the Senate at its meeting of 27 September 1999, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
