The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 Government Ordinance no. 26 26 of 28 August 1993 on the customs import tariff of Romania, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 213 213 of 31 August 1993, approved and amended by Law no. 102/1994 , as amended, amend and supplement as follows: 1. Article 5 shall read as follows: "" Art. 5. -The following categories of goods shall be exempt from customs duties: a) aid and donations of a social, humanitarian, cultural, sporting, didactic nature, received by organizations, foundations or non-profit associations of humanitarian or cultural character, ministries and other bodies of central and local public administration, trade unions and political parties, cult organizations, federations, sports associations or clubs, state and private school facilities and institutions, medical offices and health facilities, without being intended or used for activities that may constitute threats to national security. Exception to the provisions of this paragraph are the following categories of goods: -alcohol and alcoholic products; -tobacco and tobacco products; --coffee; b) samples without commercial value, advertising material, advertising and documentation; c) foreign goods that become, according to the law, state property; d) other goods provided in special laws. Import goods from or financed directly from aid, non-reimbursable loans, as well as from scientific and technical cooperation programmes, cultural, sports and didactic, are also exempt from customs duties. Romania of foreign governments, international bodies and non-profit and charitable organizations, intended for non-profit activities. " 2. Article 7 shall read as follows: "" Art. 7. -It is also exempt from customs duties the import of the following categories of goods: a) goods of Romanian origin; b) the goods repaired abroad or the goods that replace the improper ones qualitatively, returned to the external partners during the warranty period; c) goods which are returned to the country as a result of erroneous consignments; d) equipment for environmental protection, established by the Government, at the proposal of the Ministry of Water, Forestry and Environmental Protection, Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance. " + Article 2 Government Ordinance no. 26/1993 on the customs import tariff of Romania, as amended, as well as with those brought by this law, will be republished in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of 14 June 1999, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
