The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Rejected Government Emergency Ordinance no. 7 7 of 15 February 1999 for amendment Government Emergency Ordinance no. 57/1998 on the granting by the state, through the Ministry of Finance, of guarantees for bond issues on foreign financial markets, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 63 63 of 16 February 1999. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on April 26, 1999, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
