LEGE no. 72 72 of 3 May 1999 on the re-establishment of Costinesti and Horia communes in Constanta County

The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 It is reestablished the commune of Costinesti, Constanta county, with the localities Costinesti and Schitu. + Article 2 The commune of Horia, Constanta county, with the localities Horia, Closca and Tichilesti. + Article 3 Annex to Law no. 2/1968 on the administrative organization of the territory of Romania shall be amended accordingly. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on November 27, 1997, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (1) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
