The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 33 33 of 12 November 1998 on the modification and completion of the art. 6 of Government Ordinance no. 3/1992 on value added tax, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 432 432 of 16 November 1998. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of December 14, 1998, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
