Law No. 26 of 26 January 1999 on the amendment of art. 17 of law No. 146/1997 on charges of ISSUING judicial stamp PARLIAMENT Published in MONITORUL OFICIAL nr. 31 of 27 January 1999 Parliament adopts this law.


Sole article article 17 of law No. 146/1997 concerning the judicial stamp duties, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 173 of 29 July 1997, as amended by order No. 11/1998, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 40 of 30 January 1998, approved and amended by law No. 112/1998, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 212 of 9 June 1998, alter it and shall read as follows: Art. 17.-are exempt from judicial stamp tax demands and actions, including legal remedies, formulated according to the law, the Senate, the Chamber of Deputies, Romania's Presidency, the Government, the Constitutional Court, the Court of Auditors, the Legislative Council, the Ombudsman, the Public Ministry and the Finance Ministry, regardless of their subject matter, as well as those made by other public institutions, when the public revenue. "
This law was adopted by the Chamber of deputies at its meeting on 9 November 1998, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 para. (2) and (3) of the Constitution of Romania.
