The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 126 126 of 29 August 1998 for amendment Law no. 12/1990 on the protection of the public against illicit commercial activities, issued pursuant to art. 1 1 section 4 lit. k) of Law no. 148/1998 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 328 328 of 29 August 1998. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of October 15, 1998, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
