Law No. 165 of 27 March 1944 to adaugirea some dispoziţiuni at art. 26 and 27 of the commercial code published in PARLIAMENT ISSUING the OFFICIAL GAZETTE nr. 74 of 28 March 1944 on the report of Mr. Minister Secretary of State at the Department of Justice with Nr. 38,793 in 1944, based on the dispoziţiunilor decrees-laws No. 3052 from September 1 and Nr. 3072 from 7 September 1940, I decreed and decretam: Article 1 article 26 of the commercial code shall read as follows: mandatory Registries will be numbered on each page and out of register copier initialled by a judge, of the Court of the place of residence of the trader, or by a judge of the peace question, in localities where there isn't a Court of law.
On the last page of these registers, the judge will ascertain the number of tabs which compose each and will sign it, putting the seal of the Court or Tribunal.
The formalities provided for in article from the face will be able to perform at the beginning of the new year, even if the registers used in the year expired were not completed and endorsed, in the very top item.
Article 2 in article 27 of the commercial code shall read as follows: the records which the trader is obliged to take them out of the copier, will be presented to the Court or the judge of peace, at the end of each marketing year and no later than until the termination of the balance towards conclusion and target.
The Court or the judge alone will put immediately under the last operation, the following target: "today at. .. year round. It was presented to the register (Inventory) of the trader. and was concerned with our signature puts the seal of the Tribunal or court ".
