The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 91 91 of 29 December 1997 for the extension of the deadline art. 25 25 para. (1) of Government Ordinance no. 25/1995 on the regulation of the organization and financing of research and development activity, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 384 384 of 30 December 1997. This law was adopted by the Senate at its meeting on February 24, 1998, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
