The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Rejected Government Emergency Ordinance no. 55 55 of 27 September 1997 amending certain provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 47/1997 amending and supplementing certain normative acts in order to eliminate the links between the level of certain salary, insurance or social assistance rights and the level of the minimum gross basic salary per country, published in the Official Gazette of the Romania, Part I, no. 258 258 of 29 September 1997. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of December 23, 1997, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (1) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
