The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 93 93 of 30 December 1997 on the use of existing availabilities following the 1997 budget execution of the funds established on the basis of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 45/1997 and a Government Ordinance no. 21/1997 , published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 386 386 of 30 December 1997. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on February 3, 1998, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
