The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 11 11 of 29 January 1998 to amend and supplement Law no. 146/1997 on stamp court fees, issued pursuant to art. 1 lit. t) of Law no. 221/1997 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 40 of 30 January 1998, with the following amendments: 1. In Article I, point 3, Article 9 (7) shall read as follows: "(7) The issuance of the certificates of tasks following the research of the registers of transcripts and inscriptions and, as the case may be, of the extracts or copies of the land book shall be charged with 5.000 lei for each copy." 2. In Article I, point 4, Article 15, letter f ^ 1) shall read as follows: "f ^ 1) the establishment and award of compensation for the moral damages to the honor, dignity or reputation of a natural person;" 3. In Article I (5), Article 15 (r) shall read as follows: "r) the applications introduced by the owners or their successors for the return of the buildings taken by the state or by other legal entities between March 6, 1945 and December 22, 1989, as well as the requests for accessories and incidents." 4. In Article I, point 6, Article 17 shall read as follows: "" Art. 17. -The applications and actions, including the remedies formulated, according to the law, by the Government of Romania, the Public Ministry and the Ministry of Finance, regardless of their object, as well as those formulated by other public institutions, when they have as their object public revenues. " 5. In Article I, point 7, Article 17 ^ 1 shall read as follows: "" Art. 17 17 ^ 1. -The applications for registration of associations of owners, of tenants or mixed, addressed to the court, as well as the transcription of title deeds or, as the case may be, of contracts for the acquisition of apartments in buildings with several dwellings, in order to establish associations of owners, tenants or mixed persons. " 6. In Article I, point 8, Article 19 shall read as follows: "" Art. 19. -(1) The stamp court fees shall be paid in cash or by transfer, to the account of the state budget, to the units of the state treasury or to the House of Savings and Consemnations. (2) Legal persons shall pay the judicial fees of stamp in cash or by transfer, to the account of the state budget, to the state treasury unit within the radius of which they have their fiscal headquarters. " 7. in Article I, points 9 and 10 are inserted after point 8, with the following contents: "" 9. Article 25 will read as follows: Lt; Art. 25. --(1) The amounts made from the collection of taxes provided for by this law constitute income to the state budget and shall be distinctly included in the revenue and expenditure budget of the Ministry of Justice. (2) Revenue made from stamp court fees will be used for the operation of courts, courts, appellate courts, the Supreme Court of Justice and the prosecutor's offices of these courts, the Ministry of Justice, for personnel expenses, for magistrates, their assimilations, as well as for other personnel, for household expenses, procedural expenses, current and capital repair expenses, specialty publications, capital expenditure for the construction of premises for courts and parquets, facilities, construction and purchase of service housing. (3) The distribution of income from stamp duties on beneficiaries and spending destinations shall be made by order of the Minister of Justice, with the opinion of the Superior Council of Magistracy and the Ministry of Finance. (4) The availability at the end of the year will be carried over to the following year, in order to be spent with the same destination. gt; gt; 10. Article 26 shall read as follows: Lt; Art. 26. --(1) Amounts coming from stamp duties, paid for notary activity, taxes collected from lawyers ' fees and public notaries constitute state budget revenues and are distinctly included in the revenue and expenditure budget. ((2)-(4) shall also apply accordingly to these categories of income. gt; gt; ' This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on May 25, 1998, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para.
