The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 35 35 of 25 August 1997 for the ratification of the supplementary loan agreement between Romania, the National Bank of Romania and the European Community, as well as the Memorandum of Understanding between Romania and the European Community, signed on 10 July 1997 in Bucharest and on 24 July 1997 in Brussels, issued pursuant to art. 1 lit. a) of Law no. 134/1997 for the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 215 of 28 August 1997, with the following amendments: 1. The title of the ordinance shall read as follows: " Ordinance for the ratification of the Additional Loan Agreement between Romania (as Loan) and the National Bank of Romania (as agent of the Loan) and the European Community (as a borrower), as well as the Additional Memorandum of Understanding between Romania and the European Community, signed in Bucharest and Brussels on 10 July 1997 and on 24 July 1997 " This law was adopted by the Senate at its meeting of 30 September 1997, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para.
