LEGE no. 17 17 of 8 January 1998 for completing section II of Annex no. V/1 Government Ordinance no. 39/1994 on the establishment of basic salary ranking coefficients for staff in the budget sector

The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 Point II "Hierarchical coefficients for aid functions in educational institutions" of Annex no. V/1 Government Ordinance no. 39/1994 on the establishment of basic salary ranking coefficients for staff in the budget sector, republished in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 182 of 8 August 1996, shall be completed with a note, which shall read as follows: "" NOTE: Basic salaries for the position of librarian, provided at no. crt. 1 1-9 and 15 -18, increase by 25%. " + Article 2 The provisions of this Law shall apply from 1 January 1998. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of December 15, 1997, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
