The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 Article 67 of the Municipal household law no. 4/1981 ,, published in the Official Bulletin, Part I, no. 48 48 of 9 July 1981, as amended by Law no. 34/1990 , published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 134 of 5 December 1990, is amended and shall read as follows: "" Art. 67. -The natural persons and legal persons receiving the communal household services are obliged to pay the value of the invoices within 30 days from the delivery of the payment act. Payment can also be made from current accounts opened at the Savings and Consemnations House or at banking units. The delay in paying the amounts due after the expiry of the payment deadline attracts increases of 0.2% for each day of delay, and the amount of penalties will not exceed the amount of the debit. If the amounts due, including the increases provided in par. 2, were not paid within 45 days after the expiry of the deadline provided in par. 1, the pre-state communal household unit may suspend the performance of the contract. " + Article 2 This law shall enter into force on the first of the month following its publication in the Official Gazette of Romania. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of November 3, 1997, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
