The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Law no. 33/1996 on the reinstatement in some economic rights of the inhabitants of the Apuseni Mountains, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 105 of 23 May 1996, shall be amended and supplemented as follows: 1. Article 2 shall read as follows: "" Art. 2. -For taking over and capitalizing on ambulant trade, all the inhabitants of the Apuseni Mountains in Alba, Arad, Bihor, Cluj and Hunedoara counties are granted annually, by mayors and forest offices of the territorial branches of the National Regia a Forests, 10 cubic meters of wood material on the foot, but no more than 15 cubic meters of family. The processing and exploitation by ambulant trade of this wood material is carried out in the form of plank, shingles, trimmed beams, barns, barrels, ciubers, donites, vineyards, wood pitchforks, tool queues, cart oists and other like. products. Through the family, for the purposes of this law, it is understood the husband, wife and their unmarried children with whom they jointly manage. The provisions of art. 2 2 para. 1 does not benefit the companies from the profile and persons established by Government Ordinance no. 27/1996 .. " 2. Article 3 shall read as follows: "" Art. 3. -Based on the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in 2, the mayors of the localities in these counties issue the lt; lt; the Carnet of mot gt; gt;, in which the rights and advantages provided for in this Law will be entered. The application for the release of the Mot Carnet is addressed to the mayor of the locality, who is obliged to release him within 5 days. Failure to comply with this term attracts, for the mayor, in addition to administrative or criminal sanctions, and payment of damages to the petitioner. 3. Article 4 (4) shall be repealed. 4. Article 5 (1) shall read as follows: "The holders of the mot card can capitalize on products processed from wood at fairs, public administration markets and private markets, oboare, as well as in any locality in the country, being exempt from any tax." 5. Article 5 (4) shall read as follows: " The holders of the mot card benefit from the 50% reduction in the cost of the second class C.F.R. ticket, when they prove that they are moving to capitalize on the products shipped on the C.F.R. This reduction also benefits the owners of the mot card that provides services with the wood material of the beneficiary, consisting of confections and repairs made of wood, both in the shower and back on the railway. " 6. Article 6 (2) shall read as follows: "Products with a higher degree of processing (donated, chipping, tool tails, barrels, shingles, wooden forks, etc.) will be accompanied by the act of provenance of the wood material from which they were made or by the mot Carnet." 7. Article 13 shall be inserted after Article 12, with the following contents: "" Art. 13. -The ministries and other bodies of the central and local public administration, which are empowered with the application of the provisions of this law, will immediately ensure compliance with its provisions in markets, fairs and shutters, on the occasion marketing of products resulting from the manufacture and repair of wood material, under penalty of granting damages. " This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on June 12, 1997, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
