The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC The European Convention on the International Effects of the Prohibition of the Right to Drive a Motor Vehicle, adopted in Brussels on 3 June 1976, is hereby ratified. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of May 20, 1997, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT PETRE ROMAN This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of June 23, 1997, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
