The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 Government Ordinance no. 32/1995 on the judicial stamp, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 201 201 of 30 August 1995, approved and amended by Law no. 106/1995 , published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 270 of 21 November 1995, shall be amended and supplemented as follows: 1. Paragraph 1 of Article 1 shall read as follows: "" Art. 1. -(1) The judicial stamp is established, which, under the terms of this ordinance, applies to the actions, requests, acts and services of jurisdiction of all courts, the Ministry of Justice, the General Prosecutor's Office of the Supreme Court of Justice, as well as notarial acts that are fulfilled by public notaries. " 2 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 3 shall read as follows: "" Art. 3. -(1) The requests for appeal, addressed to the courts, shall be timed with judicial stamp amounting to 3,000 lei, if the case is sought after the case, and in the amount of 1,500 lei, when the requests have as their object the exercise of an appeal. (2) If the applications referred to in par. (1), regardless of whether they concern the fund or an appeal, they have as object a value of more than 1,000,000 lei, judicial stamps of 15,000 lei are applied, if the value is over 10,000,000 lei, judicial stamps of 30,000 lei are applied, and if the value is more than 100,000,000 lei, judicial stamps of 50,000 lei are applied. " 3. in Article 3, after paragraph 3, paragraph 4 is inserted, which shall read as follows: "(4) The requests addressed to the General Prosecutor's Office of the Supreme Court of Justice shall be timbered with judicial stamps amounting to 3,000 lei, if, according to the law, they are subject to stamp duty." 4. Article 4 shall read as follows: "" Art. 4. -Requests to the courts for the release of copies, certificates, vesting with enforceable formula, transcription (intabulation) in the registers of advertising of estates of immovable property, enrolment of mortgage rights, any other notaries in the advertising registers, notices and injunctions communicated by the bailiffs, as well as any other claims not subject to the court activity but are subject to stamp duty, according to the law, stamps apply to them judicial of 1,500 lei. Applications for citizenship or waiver of citizenship are timbre with judicial stamps of 15,000 lei. The overrepresentation of the signature and the seal of the public notary by the Ministry of Justice stamps with judicial stamps of 1,500 lei for each copy. " 5. Article 5 shall read as follows: "" Art. 5. -For the notary acts that are fulfilled by the public notaries, for which the law provides stamp duties in fixed amount, the judicial stamp amounting to 1,500 lei is applied. In the case of notary acts that have as object a value of more than 1,000,000 lei, judicial stamps of 15,000 lei are applied, for those exceeding 10,000,000 lei, judicial stamps of 30,000 lei are applied, and if the value is over 100,000,000 lei, apply judicial stamps of 50,000 lei. " 6. Paragraph 1 of Article 7 shall read as follows: "" Art. 7. -(1) The amounts collected from the sale of the judicial stamp shall be constituted and used as extra-budgetary income, at the disposal of the Ministry of Justice, in addition to the allocations from the state budget. " 7. Article 8 shall read as follows: "" Art. 8. -The revenues collected from the sale of the judicial stamp will be used for the proper functioning of the courts, courts, appellate courts, the Supreme Court of Justice, the prosecutor's offices of these courts, for the administration of justice by the specialized body of the central public administration, for the realization of new issues of the judicial stamp, for the purchase of publications and specialized works from the country and abroad, of modern information systems, such as and for the granting of incentives to magistrates, their assimilates and the other staff members of the courts, prosecutor's offices and the Ministry of Justice. For the incentives granted from the revenues collected from the sale of the judicial stamp are not due the contribution for social insurance, the contribution to the Fund for the payment of unemployment benefits and the contribution for the additional pension. " + Article 2 Government Ordinance no. 32/1995 on the judicial stamp, as amended by Law no. 106/1995 , as well as by this law, will be republished in the Official Gazette of Romania. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of May 20, 1997, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
