The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 5 5 of 31 August 1996 on measures to ensure the financing of actions related to Law of Land Fund no. 18/1991 , published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 207 207 of 2 September 1996. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on February 17, 1997, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
