The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 2 2 of 25 January 1997 for amendment Government Ordinance no. 13/1996 on the granting of facilitations relating to late increases, approved by Law no. 102/1996 and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 13 13 of 31 January 1997. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on February 17, 1997, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
