The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 5 5 of 25 January 1997 for the postponement of the payment of the last tranche of the increased share of the authorized capital of Romania to the International Financial Corporation-C.F.I. --, provided by Law no. 11/1992 ,, issued pursuant to art. 1 lit. a) of Law no. 142/1996 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 11 11 of 29 January 1997. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on February 24, 1997, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. CHAMBER OF DEPUTIES PRESIDENT ION DIACONESCU This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of March 6, 1997, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
