Law No. 21 of 12 March 1997 concerning Romania's accession to the agreement between the Republic of Austria, the Republic of Bulgaria, the Republic of Hungary, the Republic of Poland, the Slovak Republic and the Republic of Slovenia for the establishment of cooperation in the field of education and training within the framework of the programme of exchanges for undergraduate studies in Central Europe (CEEPUS), signed at Budapest on 8 December 1993, the PARLIAMENT published in ISSUING the OFFICIAL GAZETTE nr. 45 of 17 March 1997, the Romanian Parliament adopts this law.


Article 1 the agreement between the Romania accede to the Republic of Austria, the Republic of Bulgaria, the Republic of Hungary, the Republic of Poland, the Slovak Republic and the Republic of Slovenia for the establishment of cooperation in the field of education and training within the framework of the programme of exchanges for undergraduate studies in Central Europe (CEEPUS), signed at Budapest on 8 December 1993.


Article 2 the categories of expenditure incurred by the application of the agreement; 1, under conditions of reciprocity, shall be determined by decision of the Government and will support out of funds approved in annual budget of the Ministry of education.
This law was adopted by the Senate at its meeting on 15 May 1996, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 para. (2) of the Constitution of Romania.
SENATE PRESIDENT PETRE ROMAN this law was adopted by the Chamber of deputies at its meeting on 17 February 1997, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 para. (2) of the Constitution of Romania.
