The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 Romania accedes to the Agreement between the Republic of Austria, the Republic of Bulgaria, the Republic of Hungary, the Republic of Poland, the Slovak Republic and the Republic of Slovenia for the establishment of cooperation in the field of University Studies in Central Europe (CEEPUS), signed in Budapest on 8 December 1993. + Article 2 Categories of expenditure occasioned by the application of the agreement referred to in 1, under conditions of reciprocity, will be determined by Government decision and will be borne from the approved funds, annually, in the budget of the Ministry of Education. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of May 15, 1996, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
