The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 29 29 of 6 August 1996 on the provision of financial sources necessary for the continuation of Romania's participation in the construction of the Combine of nickel-plus cobalt products from Las Camariocas-Republic of Cuba, issued pursuant to art. 1 lit. c) of Law no. 65/1996 for the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 183 183 of 8 August 1996. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of 24 September 1996, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
