The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 25 25 of 31 July 1996 on the ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Romania and the Government of the United States of America on economic, technical and related assistance programmes issued pursuant to art. 1 lit. a) of Law no. 65/1996 for the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 177 177 of 5 August 1996. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of 24 September 1996, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT PETRE ROMAN This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on February 24, 1997, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
