The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 34 34 of 27 August 1996 for the ratification of external loan and guarantee agreements and amendments to an external loan agreement issued pursuant to art. 1 lit. a) of Law no. 65/1996 for the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 203 203 of 29 August 1996. This law was adopted by the Senate at its meeting of 17 September 1996, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT PETRE ROMAN This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on February 17, 1997, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
