The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC The Energy Charter Treaty and the Energy Charter Protocol on energy efficiency and environmental issues concluded in Lisbon on 17 December 1994 are ratified. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of September 5, 1996, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT PETRE ROMAN This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of January 20, 1997, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
