CAROL II, Through the grace of God and the national will, King of Romania, To all present and future, health: The legislative assemblies voted and adopted, and We sanction what follows: + Article 1 The provisions of the law on the exceptional regime of relations between owners and tenants, from April 15, 1930, shall remain in force until April 23, 1932, with the modification of the following articles: "" Art. 1. -Reenters under the regime of common law on April 23, 1931, the tenancy contracts that have been extended until this date with the following exceptions: In point 1. Written or verbal contracts, having the object of the dwelling of tenants or subtenants officials or public pensioners, who have been extended pursuant to Article 1, point a, of the law of 15 April 1927, if the annual income of the tenant does not surpasses the amount of 240,000 lei. In point 3. Written or verbal contracts, having the object of the tenants ' dwelling, whatever their quality, if the annual income of the tenant does not exceed the amount of 80,000 lei. Article 2. -The tenancy contracts provided for by these three exceptions, shall be extended, in the power of this law, until 23 April 1932. Article 4 The benefit of the extension is granted to the family of the official and retired public pensioner before 23 April 1931, only he left the widow or minor children, on this date. Article 5. -As a transitional measure it is granted to tenants, who have benefited from the last legal extension and who do not enter into the provisions of Article 1, the permission to live the buildings until 26 Octomvrie 1931. Art. 6, para. 1. -Execution of judicial decisions of eviction, rendered pursuant to art. 36 of the law of April 15, 1927, is suspended, until April 23, 1932, or 26 Octomvrie 1931, after the distinctions in Articles 2 and 5 of this law. Paragraph 2. -Also the commissioning of rental contracts, concluded by the owner on the apartments occupied today by tenants who benefit from the extension granted by this law, but with persons other than the current tenant, shall be postpone until April 23, 1932, or 26 Octomvrie 1931, after the same distinctions. Art. 13, para. 1. -In the period from 1 January to 1 March 1932, the State will pay the owner the difference in rent that bears it, according to Articles 9 and 10. Article 16, para. 3. -The evacuation will not be able to be made before 26 Octomvrie 1931. Paragraph 4. By exception, the State may evacuate on 1 Septemvrie 1931, from its buildings, on any tenants, when school, hospitals or other State institutions are to be installed in those buildings. Art. 17, para. 1. -The tenant owner will be able to evict his tenant from the same locality, regardless of his quality, if the rented building is his only built urban property, is composed of no more than four living rooms and is acquired before the lease. 1 April 1928, with the condition of living it and his family. Paragraph 3. -Evacuation will not be able to take place before 26 Octomvrie 1931. Article 20. -The tenants who benefit from the extension provided for by Article 1, as well as those who benefit from the leniency granted by Article 5, will pay the helmet of 23 April 1931, whatever the terms of the contract, until 6 May 1931, including. Art. 21, para. 2 2 (new). -It is an exception in the case of contracts provided for in Article 1, point 2, when the tenant can also give up the contract on 26 Octomvrie 1931, announcing the owner two months before the deadline. Art. 23, para. 1. (new)-By way of derogation from Article 22 of this law, for tenants under Article 1, paragraph 3, of the present law, the non-payment of the term rent does not fully entail the termination of the lease. Judges can grant small payment terms, which will not exceed four months of filing the action of tenants deprived of means and left without work. After the expiry of this period, in case of non-payment, the termination shall be made full right. Paragraph 3, (new) All other provisions and aligned of the law of April 15, 1930, unchanged by the present law shall be maintained. " + Article 2 Civil servants whose salaries have been reduced by the law to reduce salaries, paid from the state budget and the budgets of the Autonomous Houses and Commercial Public Regions, will be able to denounce the tenancy contracts, pending execution, within 30 days from the date of promulgation of the present law, if the respective owners refused to reduce their rents, in the proportion in which the reduction of their salaries was operated, by the above mentioned law. The denunciation of the contracts will be made by way of notification, addressed through the body of the local court gates, or by public notaries. This law was voted by the Assembly of Deputies at the meeting of 31 March 1931, and was adopted by a majority of one hundred and forty-three votes against one. President, ST. CICIO POP. ((L. S. A.
