The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Article 14 of Law on privatization of companies no. 58/1991 , published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 169 of 16 August 1991, is amended and shall read as follows: "" Art. 14. -The funds of Private Property will carry out their activity as commercial companies on shares, under the conditions provided by this Law and Law no. 31/1990, until the date of entry into force of the law on the transformation of these funds into financial investment companies, but not later than October 31, 1996. " This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of June 25, 1996, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (1) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
