The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 Article 18 of Decree-Law no. 118/1990 on the granting of rights to persons persecuted for political reasons of dictatorship established with effect from 6 March 1945, as well as those deported abroad or constituted in prisoners, republished in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 310 of 7 November 1994, is amended and shall read as follows: "" Art. 18. -Applications for the establishment of the rights provided for by this decree-law shall be submitted to the committees: central, county or Bucharest municipality, as the case may be, until December 31, 1997. " + Article 2 Commissions established according to provisions art. 8 of Decree-Law no. 118/1990 will resume their activity at the entry into force of this law. + Article 3 Decree-Law no. 118/1990 on the granting of rights to persons persecuted for political reasons of dictatorship established with effect from 6 March 1945, as well as those deported abroad or constituted in prisoners, republished in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 310 of 7 November 1994, with the amendments made by this law, shall be published in the Official Gazette of Romania, This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of May 20, 1996, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
