LEGE No. 135 of 29 December 1995 for completion Law no. 32/1991 on the payroll tax, republished

The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Article 6 of the Law no. 32/1991 on the payroll tax, republished in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 140 of 29 June 1993, the letter k is inserted), which shall read as follows: " k) athletes, coaches and sports technicians for the first awarded as a result of the following high performance objectives: -ranking on the award podium of the world, European and Olympic Games; -qualification and participation in the European, world and Olympic Games; -participation in the upper stages of European club competitions, starting with the round of 16. " This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of December 18, 1995, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. CHAMBER OF DEPUTIES PRESIDENT ADRIAN NASTASE This law was passed by the Senate at the meeting of December 21, 1995, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para.
