The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 Education Law no. 84/1995 ,, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 167 of 31 July 1995, shall be amended and supplemented as follows: 1. Article 58 shall read as follows: "" Art. 58. -State university education, for the duration provided in art. 62 62 para. ((1) or of art. 67 67 para. (1), is free of charge, except for fees charged for enrolment in the admission contest, registrations, re-registration and repetition of the graduation or bachelor's examination. Fees can also be charged for teaching activities not included in the education plan, requested by students and approved by the faculty council. The amount of the fees and the exemption from payment shall be determined by the university senates. " 2. Article 93 (3) shall read as follows: " (3) The Minister of Education may suspend from office, for justified reasons, the rector of a higher education institution, state or private, accredited. The decision to revoke or to keep the rector in office shall be taken by the university senate, no later than 30 days from the date of communication of the suspension order. " 3. Article 94 (1) shall read as follows: "" Art. 94. -(1) In the university senates and on the councils of the faculties the students are represented in a proportion of 1/4 of the members of these councils and senate, under the conditions established by the University Charter. " 4. Article 140 (2) shall read as follows: " (2) For the exercise of its duties, the Ministry of Education shall constitute expert structures and shall be supported by advisory bodies, at national level, composed on criteria of professional and moral prestige: Education, National Council for Attestation of University Titles, Diplomas and Certificates, National Council for the Financing of Higher Education, National Council of Scientific Research in Higher Education, National Council of the Libraries, the National Council of Rectors and Committees National specialist on disciplines. The Ministry of Education also consults the national scientific societies of teachers and, as the case may be, nationally recognized student organizations, as well as trade union organizations of educational staff at branch. " 5. Article 147 shall read as follows: "" Art. 147. -The operative management of the higher education institution is provided by the senate office, consisting of: rector, vice-rectors, scientific secretary, administrative director general and representative of legal student organizations established at the level Institute. The senate office president is the rector. " 6. Article 170 (4) shall read as follows: " (4) The general criteria for granting scholarships shall be established by the Ministry of Education, in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection. The specific criteria for granting scholarships of merit, study and social assistance shall be established, annually, on the boards of school inspectorates and in university senates, within the limits of the funds assigned and in relation to the completeness of the students and students of the school and university activities. The scholarships that students and students benefit from are indexable. The minimum amount of student scholarships must cover the expenses of accommodation and meals. " 7. Article 174 (1) and (2) shall read as follows: "" Art. 174. -(1) Students and students benefit from a 50% reduced rate for joint, surface and underground local transport, as well as for domestic, rail and naval transport, throughout the calendar year. (2) Students and students orphaned or from children's homes benefit from gratuity for the transport categories provided in par. ((1). ' + Article 2 Education Law no. 84/1995 , with the amendments and completions brought by this law, will be republished in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I. This law was adopted by the Senate at its meeting of 20 December 1995, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para. (1) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
