LEGE No. 120 of 8 December 1995 on the proclamation of the " Constitution Day

The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 It proclaims the 8th of December "Romanian Constitution Day". + Article 2 In order to celebrate the "Day of the Romanian Constitution" public authorities and other public institutions will fly the Romanian flag and organize cultural actions and scientific events devoted to the development of constitutional democracy in Romania. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of November 13, 1995, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
