LAW No. 106 of 16 November 1995 approving Ordinance No. stamp ISSUING judicial 32/1995 relating to PARLIAMENT, published in MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 270 of 21 November 1995, the Romanian Parliament adopts this law.

The sole article approving Ordinance No. 32/1995 relating to the stamp, issued in accordance with art. and (b). b) of law No. 81/1995 concerning the Government's empowerment issue decrees and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 201 of 30 august 1995, with the following modifications: 1. In article 6, paragraph 2 amend and shall read as follows: "the judicial sale of the stamp is made by notaries public and institutions referred to in article. 1 or through the authorised units to sell their tax stamps, based on the Convention, with a Commission of up to 5% of its value. "
2. Article 8 shall modify and shall read as follows: Art. 8.-proceeds from the sale of stamps will use judicial for the proper functioning of the courts, tribunals, courts of appeal, Supreme Court of Justice, as well as for the administration of justice through the specialized body of the central public administration, for the purchase of specialist publications and papers from the country and abroad, of modern information systems, as well as for providing incentives for magistrates , asimilaţii and assistants. "
This law was adopted by the Senate at its meeting on 6 November 1995, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 para. (2) of the Constitution of Romania.
