The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 32/1995 on the judicial stamp, issued pursuant to art. 1 lit. b) of Law no. 81/1995 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 201 of 30 August 1995, with the following amendments: 1. Article 6 (2) is amended and shall read as follows: " The sale of the judicial stamp is made by the public institutions and notaries provided in art. 1 1 or by units authorized to sell tax stamps, on the basis of a convention, with a commission of up to 5% of its value. " 2. Article 8 is amended and shall read as follows: "" Art. 8. -The proceeds collected from the sale of the judicial stamp will be used for the proper functioning of the courts, courts, courts of appeal, the Supreme Court of Justice, as well as for the administration of justice through the specialized body of central public administration, for the purchase of publications and specialized works in the country and abroad, of modern computerization systems, as well as for the provision of incentives for magistrates, their assimilations and staff auxiliary. " This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of 6 November 1995, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p. SENATE PRESIDENT ION SOLCANU This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of November 7, 1995, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
