The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 Romania adheres to the International Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules relating to the Criminal Competence of Approaches and Other Navigation Events, signed in Brussels on 10 May 1952. + Article 2 Romania, according to the provisions of art. 4 4 para. 2 of the Convention, reserves the right to pursue crimes committed in its territorial sea. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of September 25, 1995, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
