The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 5 5 of 20 January 1995 on the granting by the State, through the Ministry of Finance, of guarantees for short-term bank loans issued pursuant to art. 1 lit. c) of Law no. 1/1995 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 21 of 31 January 1995, with the following amendments: -The single article will read as follows: " Unique article. -The Ministry of Finance is authorized to issue guarantees on behalf of and on behalf of the state for short-term domestic loans contracted by economic agents from commercial banks for the constitution of stocks of strategic raw materials, established by Government decisions, necessary for the winter period, for agricultural works, as well as for the realization of the restructuring program of companies. " This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of June 5, 1995, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution, SENATE PRESIDENT prof. univ. dr. OLIVIU GHERMAN This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of June 5, 1995, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
