The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Article 3 (1) and (2) of the Decree-Law no. 118/1990 on the granting of rights to persons persecuted for political reasons of dictatorship established with effect from 6 March 1945, as well as those deported abroad or constituted in prisoners, republished in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 310 of 7 November 1994, is amended and shall read as follows: "" ART. 3-(1) Persons who were in the situations provided in art. 1 1, except for those who fall under the situation referred to in lett. d), are entitled to a monthly allowance of 8,800 lei for each year of detention, abusive admission to psychiatric hospitals, displacement, deportation or prisoner, whether or not they are retired. (2) Persons who have been in the situation provided for in art. 1 lit. d) are entitled to a monthly allowance of 6,600 lei for each year of compulsory domicile, whether or not they are retired. " ... This law was adopted by the Senate at its meeting on April 26, 1995, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
