The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Romania adheres to the Statute of the International Centre for Genetics and Biotechnology Engineering (I.C.G.E.B.), Trieste-Italy, adopted in Madrid on 13 September 1983. This law was passed by the Senate at the meeting of February 20, 1995, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT prof. univ. dr.
