The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 (1) Persons who have the full length of service may apply for pension registration up to 5 years before the end of the age provided by law for retirement on request. (2) Provisions of para. ((1) shall apply to persons who have received unemployment benefits and support allowance for the maximum duration provided by law and who do not make income from the employee activity or other permanent income from professional activities. (3) The retirement age may not be less than 55 years for men and 50 years for women. + Article 2 (. The amount of the pension shall be determined on the basis Law no. 3/1977 on state social insurance and social assistance pensions. (2) This amount shall be reduced in proportion to 0,3% for each month with which the retirement age provided for by this Law has been reduced. ((3) The indexes, compensations and legal increases shall apply to the amount of the pension established under the conditions Law no. 3/1977 , to be reduced proportionally, according to par. ((2). (4) At the end of the age of 60 men and 55 years old women the pension is granted in full amount. + Article 3 The supplementary pension shall be granted in proportion to the contribution time + Article 4 The amount of the survivor's pension shall be determined by taking the basis of calculation that would have been due to the holder if he had completed the retirement age on request. + Article 5 (1) Persons retired on the basis of this law shall be suspended the payment of pension if they carry out employed activity, are members of a handicraft cooperative or make permanent income from professional activities. (2) Provisions of para. (1) applies until the age of 60 men and 55 years old women. + Article 6 Pensioners have the obligation to notify within 15 days any change in their situation, at the pension office where they are in payment. + Article 7 The provisions of this law are supplemented by the legal provisions in force on state social insurance pensions. + Article 8 The funds necessary to apply this law shall be borne by the state social insurance budget. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of December 13, 1994, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (1) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
