The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC The following Government ordinances issued pursuant to art. 1 lit. g) of Law no. 72/1994 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances: 1. Government Ordinance no. 26 26 of 22 July 1994 on the rights of food, in peacetime, of the personnel of the national defence, public order and national security sector, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 198 of 29 July 1994, with the following amendments: a) In Article 1, the phrase "under the conditions of this ordinance" is inserted at the end of the text. b) Article 2 shall read as follows: "" ART. 2. -(1) Feeding the staff of the public institutions referred to in 1 is usually done in nature, within the limit of caloric ceilings differentiated by categories, which constitute daily food norms. (2) The daily food rules are those contained in Annex no. 1, which is an integral part of this ordinance. (3) The categories of personnel for which it is granted and the public institutions in which it is applied shall be approved by Government decision. (4) Harming of staff can also be done on the basis of value allowance, with the approval of ministers or heads of public institutions provided for in art. 1. ((5) The reservists shall receive, during concentration or mobilization, the same food rights as the active military. " c) In Article 3, after paragraph 2, a new paragraph is inserted as follows: " (3) The rules for the application of the food norms shall be established by the ministers or heads of public institutions referred to in art. 1 1. " d) Article 4 (4) shall read as follows: " (4) Military cadres, contract-based military personnel and civilian employees are entitled to food according to the rules, when they do not benefit from food, receive, instead of them, the non-taxable financial value of the food norm they have right. " e) Article 6 (4) shall read as follows: "(4) The agri-food products necessary for the potpops for the establishment and the unit kitchens shall be provided, principally, by the warehouses of the military units, at the prices at which they were supplied." f) Article 6 (5), first of all, after the word "frames", the phrase "and the kitchens of establishment" shall be inserted. g) Article 7 shall read as follows: "" ART. 7. -Permanent military personnel, military contract-based employees and civil employees residing in rural localities or in isolated points can receive, for them and their family members, some agri-food products from their warehouses. units, within the limits of the quantities provided by the rules, for a fee, at the price with which they were supplied. " h) Article 8 (1), third, after the word 'constitute' the phrase 'from budgetary appropriations' is inserted. i) Article 9 (1) shall read as follows: "" ART. 9. --(1) The food rules for the animals and birds provided for in the organization states, as well as the rules of endowment with material goods necessary for the supply, storage and storage of agri-food products, preparation, transport and service prepared food, animal slaughter, and those necessary for the endowment with materials specific to the feeding of herds, are those contained in Annexes no. 2 2 and 3, which are an integral part of this ordinance. " j) In Article 9, after paragraph 1, a new paragraph is inserted, with the following contents: " The structure of these rules shall be approved by the ministers or heads of public institutions referred to in 1 1. " k) Article 10 (3), sentence III, shall read as follows: "(...) If the production exceeds the consumption needs, the products made may be valued for a fee." l) Article 11 will read as follows: "" ART. 11. -(1) In order to ensure the supply of military within the period, to students and military students with some food products and goods of strict necessity, for a fee, military units subordinated to the public institutions provided in art. 1 may set up outlets on their premises. (2) The amounts necessary for the outlets for the purchase of the goods referred to in par. ((1) shall be made available to them in the form of advances in budgetary appropriations. The value of the goods in stock as of December 31, purchased from these credits, shall be carried over the following year. (3) Within the approved budget appropriations, the amount necessary for the functioning of the outlets and the criteria for granting it shall be established by the ministers or heads of public institutions referred to in art. 1. ((. The products and goods supplied shall be disposed of at the prices at which they were purchased. " m) Article 12 will read as follows: "" ART. 12. -The amounts collected according to the provisions of art. 4 4 para. ((2), art. 6 6 para. ((4), art. 7 7 and art. 10 10 para. (3) shall be used by the public institutions referred to in art. 1 for the purchase of the necessary food and feed under the conditions provided for by this ordinance. II. Rules of endowment specific to the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Justice-General Department of Prisons Rule no. 11-endowment with means and inventory items for serving and transport of food by private freedom personnel Rule no. 12-endowment with means and items of inventory of kitchens in which prepare food for people deprived of their freedom. 2. Government Ordinance no. 51 51 of 12 August 1994 on the rights of equipment and materials of equipment, in time of peace, of the personnel of the national defense, public order and national security sector, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 242 of 29 August 1994, with the following amendments: a) Article 2 shall read as follows: "" ART. 2. -(1) Insurance with equipment and materials of equipment equipment for the staff of public institutions provided in art. 1 1 is based on rules. " d) In Article 5, first of all, after the word "Materials", the phrase "of equipment" shall be inserted. e) Article 7, second sentence, shall read as follows: "(...)
