The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 Approval Government Ordinance no. 69 69 of 26 August 1994 on certain measures for the organization of autonomous regions of local interest, issued pursuant to art. 1 lit. c) of Law no. 72/1994 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 245 of 30 August 1994, with the following amendments: 1. The title of the ordinance will have the following wording "" Ordinance on certain measures for the reorganization of autonomous autonomous regions of local interest. " 2. Article 1 (a) and c) shall read as follows: "" a) water supply, sewage and sewage treatment; " " c) local public passenger transport; ' 3. Article 2 shall read as follows: "" ART. 2. -(1) The autonomous regions of local interest can be organized and operate under the authority of the local councils of the municipalities and of the cities with a population of more than 30,000 inhabitants. (2) In the localities referred to in par. (1) a single autonomous direction may be organized, which will include all or part of the fields of activity provided for in art. 1 lit. a)-d). (3) I am an exception to the provisions of para. (2) cities with over 200,000 inhabitants, in which up to three autonomous kings can be organized, and in Bucharest, up to four autonomous kings. (4) Under the authority of the county councils, the Local Council of the Ilfov Agricultural Sector, as well as the Local Council of the Municipality of Bucharest can be organized and can operate an autonomous direction having as object of activity the construction, maintenance and modernization of roads of county interest and bridges, as well as, with the agreement of interested local councils, with an autonomous direction having as object of activity the capture, treatment, transport, accumulation and distribution of drinking water in the counties where the water supply is made in a regional system. " 4. Article 4 shall read as follows: "" ART. 4. -(1) The county and local councils will take measures that, until March 31, 1995, to reorganize the autonomous regions of local interest under the conditions provided in art. 1 1 and 2. (2) In the areas of public interest for which autonomous kings of local interest are not organized, the county and local councils may organize commercial companies or specialized public services of local councils, under the law. " 5. Article 6 shall read as follows: "" ART. 6. -The relevant ministries and the Department for Local Public Administration within the Government will support, on request, local and county councils that have autonomous kings under authority, granting expert technical assistance, including in the the implementation of their external cooperation programmes. " + Article 2 Government Ordinance no. 69 69 of 26 August 1994 on certain measures for the organization of autonomous regions of local interest, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 245 of August 30, 1994, with the amendments in this law, will be republished in the Official Gazette of Romania. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of December 19, 1994, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
