LAW No. 135 of 24 December 1994 approving Ordinance No. 69 of 26 august 1994 concerning certain measures for organization of autonomous public corporations of local interest published in PARLIAMENT ISSUING the OFFICIAL GAZETTE NR. 366 of 30 December 1994, the Romanian Parliament adopts this law.


Article 1 shall be subject to approval of the Government Ordinance No. 69 of 26 august 1994 concerning certain measures for organization of autonomous public corporations of local interest, issued pursuant to art. and (b). c) of law No. 72/1994 on empowering the Government to issue decrees and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 245 of 30 august 1994, with the following modifications: 1. the title of the Ordinance will have the following wording: "Ordinance on some measures for reorganizing the companies of local interest autonomous autonomous."
2. Article 1 (a)), and (c)) shall read as follows: ' a) water supply, channeling and waste water treatment; "
"c) local transport in common;"
3. Article 2 shall read as follows: ART. 2.-(1) autonomous local Administrations can be organized and operates under the authority of the local councils of municipalities and cities with a population of more than 30,000 inhabitants.

(2) The localities listed in paragraph 1. (1) it can hold only one directing, which will comprise all or part of the areas of activity mentioned in article 1. and (b). a)-d).
  

(3) exception from paragraph 1. (2) the cities with over 200,000 inhabitants, which can hold up to three kings, and in Bucharest, up to four kings.
  

(4) under the authority of County Councils, the Local Council of Ilfov agricultural sector, as well as of the Local Council of the municipality of Bucharest can organize and operate a directing autonomous activity aimed at the construction, maintenance and upgrading of roads of County interest and bridges, as well as local councils, with the consent of the interested one autonomous campaigns aimed at directing task capture , treatment, transportation, accumulation and distribution of drinking water in the counties in which the water supply is made in the system. "
  

4. Article 4 shall read as follows: ART. 4. — (1) the county councils and the local action will be taken as up to 31 March 1995, reorganizing the autonomous administrations of local interest in the conditions laid down in article 21. 1 and 2.

(2) in the areas of public interest for which there are organised 1900 local, County and local councils can organize public companies or specialized services of local councils, in accordance with the law. "
  

5. Article 6 shall read as follows: ART. 6.-ministries and Department for local public administration of the Government will support, on request, local and county councils which have authority 1900, specialized technical assistance we aspire, including external cooperation programmes of those. "


Article 2 of the Government Ordinance No. 69 of 26 august 1994 concerning certain measures for organization of autonomous public corporations of local interest published in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 245 of 30 august 1994, with the changes set out in this law, will be republished in the Official Gazette of Romania.
This law was adopted by the Chamber of deputies at its meeting of 19 December 1994, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 para. (2) of the Constitution of Romania.
