The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC The Convention on the prohibition of the development, production, storage and use of chemical weapons and their destruction, signed in Paris on 13 January 1993, shall be ratified. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of September 15, 1994, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT prof. univ. dr.
