LAW No. 69 of 15 July 1994 for Romania's accession to the Convention on international trade in species of wild fauna and flora threatened with extinction, done at Washington on 3 March 1973, published in PARLIAMENT ISSUING the OFFICIAL GAZETTE NR. 211 of 12 august 1994, the Romanian Parliament adopts this law.


Article 1 Romania accede to the Convention on international trade in species of wild fauna and flora threatened with extinction, done at Washington on 3 March 1973.


Article 2 the Ministry of waters, Forests and environmental protection exercise his powers of the management body, in accordance with article 4. 9 para. and (b). a) of the Convention.
Romanian Academy, and, where appropriate, the Institute of forest research and attributions of the scientific authority, in accordance with article 4. 9 para. and (b). b) of the Convention.
This law was adopted by the Senate at its meeting on June 2, 1994, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 para. (2) of the Constitution of Romania.
SENATE PRESIDENT Prof. Dr. O'LEARY GAITAN this law was adopted by the Chamber of deputies at its meeting July 5, 1994, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 para. (2) of the Constitution of Romania.
